  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Cocoa Plus
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Cocoa Saco Premium
  • 1 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 c. Rye Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast Red Star Brand

  1. 1 Lb loaf:3/4 C water, 80F2 Tbsp oil2 Tbsp molasses1/4 tsp fennel seed1 tsp caraway seed1 Tbsp Baking Cocoa, Saco Premium1 tsp instant coffee granules1 tsp salt1/2 C rye flour1 1/2 C bread flour2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast, Red Star
  2. Add in ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual.
  3. Use Basic Medium setting.
