- Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Spray large Dutch oven with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat till warm. Add in pork; cook and stir 4 min or possibly till pork is browned. Remove pork from Dutch oven.
- Heat margarine in same Dutch oven. Stir in flour. Cook and stir till roux is browned. Gradually whisk in water till smooth. Add in pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 min. Remove bay leaf.
