  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  1. In mixing bowl, combine 1/2 c. ice water and nonfat dry lowfat milk. Refrigeratebowl, beaters, and nonfat dry lowfat milk mix. In small bowl, combine gelatin and 2 Tbsp. cool water. Let stand 3 min. Add in 2 Tbsp. boiling water.
  2. Let cold to room temperature. Whip chilled nonfat dry lowfat milk mix till stiff peaks form. Add in gelatin, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip till well blended.
  3. NOTE: If whipped topping develops an airy appearance, simply stir vigorously to restore smooth appearance. For best results, prepare same day as serving.
