Ingredients:

Method:

1. Heat a little oil in a pan.

2. Saute the gooseberries for a minute.

3. Add 4 tblsp dal, red chillies, asafoetida powder, curry leaves and mix well.

4. Add salt and little water.

5. Grind to a smooth paste.

6. Fry the mustard seeds and 1/4 tsp urad dal in the remaining oil.

7. Pour into the chutney.

8. Serve.
