- Cold Unsalted butter - 6tbsp, cut into ¼" pieces
- Semi sweet Chocolate Chips - 2tbsp
- For the Filling:
- Strawberries - 3cups, hulled and coarsely chopped
- Sugar - ¼cup, divided use (adjust the sweetness based on how sweet the strawberries are)
- Cream cheese - 4oz., softened
- Half-n-half - 2tbsp (can use heavy cream)
- Vanilla bean pod - ½, split lengthwise and seeds scraped (or use 1~2tsp vanilla extract)
- Agar powder - ¼tsp
- Toppings:
- Strawberries - thinly sliced
- Mint leaves - few
