- Nasi goreng is the one of the most popular food in Indonesia because it's very easy and very fast to make ! Usually, we make 'nasi goreng' for breakfast :)
- In a wok, heat the veg. oil. Mix the garlic with the veg. oil till yellowish.
- Add in chicken (and salt a little if you want to make chicken more tasty)and stir.
- When the chicken is cooked, add in shrimp and red chiles.
- Mix Large eggs about 10 seconds , add in to the wok and stir.
- Add in white rice and all the other ingredients.
- Reduce heat and stir fry till cooked.
- Serve while it's still warm. Serving ideas serve with the sliced cucumber and chili sauce.
