  • 4 x Green onions, chopped
  • 1 x Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Oranges
  • 1/2 x Jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
  • 6 sprg basil or possibly mint, minced
  • 1 lb Asparagus, steamed

Инструкции

  1. CITRUS: 1 lemon: grate the peel, zest only; squeeze for juice. 2 oranges: grated zest; peel and finely dice the sections.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and use over a bunch of asparagus to feed 4 to 6.
