Ингредиенты

  • 8 med Idaho potatoes
  • 2/3 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 5 x hard cooked Large eggs finely minced
  • 1/2 c. REAL lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. REAL mayonnaise

Инструкции

  1. Boil potatoes in their jackets until tender. While still hot, but cold sufficient to handle, peel and cube potatoes. Slightly mash with a fork. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
