  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 x d Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 pkt Shredded coconut (7-ounce)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. In medium bowl, beat egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add in flour and blend well.
  2. Mix in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 to 20 min. Let cold on cookie sheet. Remove and store tightly covered.
  3. Yield: 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
