Hmmmm, how to use up some extra Velveeta Cheese…Let me think, how about some waffle fries, topped with italian beef and Velveeta cheese melted over the top…Spectacular!!
Nacho Fries
- 4 pound chuck roast
- 1 can beef consomme
- 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pepperoncinis-cut up
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ore-Ida waffle fries
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese-cubed
- 1/2 jar of Gardiniera
- sour cream
- green onions-chopped
DIRECTIONS:
**Feel free to add any other toppings of your liking and also feel free to eat this meat on a hard crusty roll, dipping it into the juice!!
