Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 lb spaghetti
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3 c. stock
  • 1 x carrot, minced, nice
  • 1 x onion, minced, fine
  • 1/2 x inch ginger, grated
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into flowerets
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 x few pcs of fresh crab or possibly 1 x 7 ounce tin crabmeat
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 x green onion, minced, nice
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Инструкции

  1. Put the spaghetti on to cook.
  2. Heat a frypan over medium-high, add in oil. Stir onions, ginger and carrots.
  3. Cook for 2 min, then add in the stock and bring to the boil.
  4. Add in broccoli and salt.
  5. Place the noodles in a large serving bowl, pour in the stock mix and garnish with crab.
  6. Crack the egg into the broth, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and serve.
