- In a 2 qt. pot add the water, sugar and bring to a roiling boil.
- As the water is coming to a boil, stir until the sugar is disolved.
- Clean and remove all the silks from you corn and cut away any discolered or bad areas.
- Reduce heat to a good simmer add corn and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn off heat
- Stir in the powdered milk and then add the stick of butter cut in 1 tsp. pieces.
- Allow to soak for about 5 min. to all the milk and butter to penetrate the corn and cob.
- eat to your hearts content
