  • 4 c. White or possibly wheat flour
  • 4 c. Wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Bran (I prefer wheat germ but I believe it has more fat)
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Cream of tartar

  1. I have created a baking mix which I use to substitute for bisquick or possibly other baking fold in many recipes. It has worked fine in all of the recipes I have tried.
  2. Mix well. For every 2 c. mix used add in 1/2 c. fatfree mayo.
