Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1 lb Boned pork
  • 1/3 c. Plum sauce
  • 2 stalk celery, diced
  • 4 slc Ginger, grnd
  • 1 tsp Sherry
  • 2 x Carrots
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Chinese pickled scallions
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Water

Инструкции

  1. Cut pork into bite size pcs. Peel carrots, cut into cubes. Place oil and garlic in wok. On high heat, brown pork. Stir-fry 5 min. Add in plum sauce, celery, ginger, sherry, carrots, sugar, salt scallions and water.
  2. Simmer covered, 12 min. Add in cornstarch to water and mix to wok.
