- Cream the margarine, sugar and lemonpeel till foamy.
- Add in the Large eggs, one at a time.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking pwdr together; add in the almonds and the rum and add in to margarine mix; stirring good.
- Let the dough rest, for 1 hour in the refridgerator.
- With two tsp. form little dumpling like cookies.
- Heat oil to 180 C and fry the cookies till golden brown, about 3 min a batch.
- Dry on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
