- 375 gm Self-raising flour, (12oz)
- 2 tsp English mustard pwdr
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 50 gm Margarine, (2oz)
- 175 gm Vegetarian Edam, grated (6oz)
- 2 med Size Large eggs
- 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, (4 to 6)
Инструкции
- Sift the flour and mustard into a bowl and add in seasoning.
- Rub in the margarine, stir in the cheese and then bind together with the Large eggs and lowfat milk to create a soft dough.
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface, 2cm (1 inch) thick and cut out rounds. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 min till well risen and golden brown.
