- Heat butter and saute/fry the red onion and fennel for about 2 min.
- Add in the mussels and continue to saute/fry another 2 to 3 min.
- Add in the vodka and let simmer for 1 minute.
- Add in the basil, cream, salt, pepper and capers.
- Let simmer about 2 min and add in to cooked pasta.
- Mix well and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
