- In 6-qt Dutch oven over medium heat, in warm oil, cook onion, garlic, rosemary and thyme till onion is tender. Increase heat to medium-high. Add in mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms begin to brown. Add in soup and lime juice.
- Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook till mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Add in wine. Cook 3 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and lime slice, if you like. Serve with meat, rice or possibly noodles.
