Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. finely minced ham
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
  • 2 T finely minced dill pickle
  • 2 T finely minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Trim ends. Remove stems from caps. Fine chop stems and mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon mix into caps. Place in baking dish, filling side up. Pour 1/3 cup water into pan. Bake for 10-15 min at 375 degrees. Place on paper towel and serve warm.
