Family meals, traditions, and giving back. That’s what life is all about.
Picture this! Lots of loud discussions, and talking over each other while enjoying a meal. That’s how we roll.
We embrace family traditions, breaking bread together, as well as instilling the importance of family gatherings.
Those family meals were always paired with a glass of wine. Not snobbish wine, but gallon jugs of burgundy wine served in a regular glass. No stemware needed here, ever.
E.V.E.R !!
That’s how us adults celebrate — with vino.
The wine, a staple at our table was the symbol of unity, family time, great times and everlasting memories.
We still enjoy some of that burgundy over our fresh sliced peaches. One of the many traditions I enjoy sharing with my dad.
Traditions enable us to carry on those memories from year to year.
New traditions, in place of old ones, can be embraced with acceptance of the passage of time.
When our children were younger, we celebrated with different traditions. Our children have all grown into wonderful adults.
I decided it was time to develop a new tradition. The creation of warming up our soul with wine, and keeping warm with a hot beverage, melded into this decadent Mulled Red Wine Hot Cocoa.
Our newest tradition: This fantastic cup of hot cocoa laced with red wine.
Exhausted from all the food we indulged on Thanksgiving, and weary from all the shopping we did the next day, using Gallo’s Mixed Berries & Chocolate Red was the perfect choice.
