  • 1 pkt White cake mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 c. Mulberry wine
  • 3 ounce Mulberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. Pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Mulberry wine

Инструкции

  1. Combine ingredients, adding Large eggs one at a time. Grease heavily and flour Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 c. nuts in bottom. Batter will be thin-pour over nuts. Bake 50-60 minutes. at 325.
  2. Glaze: Mix and bring to a boil. Leave cake in pan and pour 1/2 mix over cake. let stand 30 minutes. Turn out and pour reminder of glaze over cake. (After cake completely cooks, pour a little Mulberry Brandy over it-this is optional.)
