Muddled Rosemary and Pineapple Cocktail

Ingredients:

Directions:

Muddle 2-3 chunks of pineapple and a sprig of rosemary into a cocktail or wine glass. Muddle until fragrant and juicy. Fill glass with ice. Add about a 1/3 cup of wine and top off with the ginger ale. Continue process with three other glasses. Garnish with rosemary and serve immediately.

Serves 4.
