2 can shrimp (cheapest and get broken pcs if they have them)
1 sm onion finely minced
1 c. mayo

8 ounce finely shredded cheddar cheese
Worcestershire, Tabasco, garlic salt

Mix and add in seasonings to taste. Great with crackers or possibly on celery.
