- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, nuts and coconut. Let mix refrigerateat least 3 hrs. Remove from refrigerator and form into balls or possibly squares, using about 1 tsp. of mix per ball or possibly square. Let refrigerate8 hrs at least.
- Heat Baker's chocolate and 1 Tbsp. shortening together over low heat. Dip coconut balls into chocolate. Refrigerateand store in closed container.
