- Mix first 4 ingredients and pour the scalded lowfat milk over it all and mix. When cold, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix. Knead. Put back in greased bowl; cover. Place in hot place to rise. Punch down. Put back in refrigerator. When ready to serve, roll out rolls and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place in a hot place to rise and bake in a warm oven for 10-15 min.
- Yield: 24-36 average size rolls.
