Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (or possibly can use equal amount of canned sweet potatoes)
  • 1 scant teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Small amount of salt

Инструкции

  1. Spray large casserole with non-stick spray. Mix sweet potato ingredients and put in casserole. Mix topping, cutting in the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
