1 med. chicken or possibly hen 1 1/2 quart. broth from boiling hen 2 teaspoon season salt 2 pans cornbread 4 slices light bread

2 teaspoon sage 2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2-1 onion, minced 5 boiled Large eggs, minced Broth to taste

1. Cut up and boil hen till tender and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Season and cook hen in sufficient water to have at least 1 1/2 qts broth. In large baking pan combine cornbread, chicken, chicken broth, light bread, sage, pepper, onion and boiled Large eggs; mix all ingredients well. Add in sufficient chicken broth to the mix to be moist before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 40 min.
