  • 20 x Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Minced pecans
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 pt Cream, whipped and sweetened to taste

Инструкции

  1. Mix pecans, 1/2 c. sugar and cracker crumbs in bowl. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff; gradually add in vanilla and 1/2 c. sugar. Fold crumb mix into egg white mix; pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350 for 20 min. Cold thoroughly; top with whipped cream. Refrigeratewell before serving.
