Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Mazola
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda

Инструкции

  1. Cream sugar and oil, add in Large eggs and mix well. Stir in the pumpkin and vanilla. Add in the water and dry ingredients. Bake in 3 greased bread pans at 350 degrees. Test after 1 hour.
