Ингредиенты

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. pecan or possibly walnut pcs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. baking cocoa

Инструкции

  1. Mix softened butter with sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix till creamy. Add in vanilla and salt. Add in flour and mix slowly. Add in baking pwdr. Add in baking cocoa and blend till creamy. Add in pecans or possibly walnuts. Pour into an 8x12 inch baking pan. Wax paper works best but Pam and flour will work to keep from sticking. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 30-40 min.
  2. They are best if somewhat gooey in the middle. Remove from pan immediately after taking out of oven. Take wax paper off while still warm. Wait 5 min before cutting. Get a large glass of lowfat milk and enjoy!
