- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
- Beat together the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add in the Large eggs and beat till light and fluffy. Beat in the chocolate and vanilla.
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in the dry ingredients to the butter-and-egg mix, alternately with the lowfat sour cream, pudding mix, and butter mix. Stir in the lowfat milk to thin the batter.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50 to 55 min or possibly till cake tests done. Cold in the pan on a wire rack for 10 min. Turn out onto a rack, and cold completely. Fill or possibly frost as desired.
- This recipe makes 8 servings.
