Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Few cloves
  • Few pickling spices
  • 1 stick cinnamon for each jar

Инструкции

  1. The above makes sufficient brine for about 3 1/2 pints. Cook beets till tender. Peel and cut to desired size. put cloves and pickling spices in a cloth bag. Mix all brine ingredients together and bring to a boil. Add in cut beets and cook till beets are heated through. Put 1 stick cinnamon in each jar. Fill jars and seal.
