Ингредиенты

1 c. sugar 1/4 pound butter 2 Large eggs 2 c. flour 1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 c. nuts 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 soft bananas

Инструкции

1. Cream butter with sugar, add in Large eggs. Sift flour with baking pwdr. Add in rest of ingredients and put dough in 3 (12 oz) coffee cans and fill them half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
2. My Mother made these cakes very often, in fact whenever someone came to visit there was always a banana bread cake to be eaten. We had to save the coffee cans for her as she was always running out.
