Ингредиенты

2 lbs. grnd veal 2 beaten Large eggs or possibly 3 egg whites 2 tbsp. lemon juice

1/3 c. catsup 1 c. cracker crumbs or possibly dry bread crumbs 1 c. pimento-stuffed olives

Инструкции

1. Combine veal, Large eggs, lemon juice, catsup, crumbs and olives; mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
