- Process dates, raisins and walnuts in food processor till mix is finely minced and begins to mass. Add in sufficient wine to make sticky dough.
- Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Drop mix by slightly rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto pan. Roll with moistened palms into hazelnut-size balls. Chill for at least 3 hrs or possibly till hard.
