,%20Daiya%20Italian%20Shreds,%20and%20Dr.%20Cow%20Aged%20Cashew.%20%20I've%20had%20the%20Dr.%20Cow%20and%20the%20Daiya,%20and%20I%20love%20both.%20%20I'm%20trying%20the%20Sheese%20for%20the%20first%20time.%20%20First%20taste....ummm......really%20weird.%20%20Wasn't%20sure%20I'd%20like%20it.%20%20BUT....I%20had%20a%20similar%20reaction%20to%20the%20Dr.%20Cow%20cheese%20the%20first%20time%20I%20tasted%20it%20too%20and%20now%20I%20love%20it.%20%20So%20I'm%20going%20to%20keep%20trying%20the%20Sheese.%20%20I%20think%20it%20goes%20better%20with%20crackers%20and%20not%20alone.%20%20We'll%20see.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20a%20Cabbage%20stir%20fry%20I%20made%20out%20of%20one%20of%20my%20vegetarian%20cookbooks:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20made%20these%20Banana%20Oat%20Snack%20Bars.%20%20They%20were%20good,%20but%20really%20soft.%20%20I%20would've%20preferred%20them%20crispier.%20%20Perhaps%20it%20was%20because%20I%20replaced%20the%20oil%20with%20unsweetened%20applesauce??%20I%20also%20used%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20and%20EnerG%20Egg%20replacer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20onto%20Chocolate-Covered-Katie's%20Fudge%20Babies.%20%20This%20time,%20I%20made%20an%20almond%20version...I%20like%20to%20call%20them%20Marzipan%20Balls.%20%20I%20used%20about%201%20cup%20of%20raw%20whole%20almonds,%20about%207-9%20pitted%20dates,%20a%20splash%20of%20almond%20extract,%20and%20a%20little%20water.%20%20Process%20until%20soft,%20but%20not%20totally%20smooth.%20%20Shape%20into%20balls.%20%20That%20was%20that....until%20I%20remembered%20I%20still%20had%20some%20Chocolate%20Ganache%20leftover%20in%20the%20freezer%20from%20a%20cake%20I'd%20made%20recently.%20%20So%20I%20decided%20to%20go%20ahead%20and%20dip%20them%20all%20in%20that!%20Soooo%20good.%20%20(you%20can%20just%20add%20in%20some%20dark%20chocolate%20pieces%20near%20the%20end%20of%20processing%20if%20you%20don't%20have%20the%20ganache)%20If%20you%20like%20marzipan,%20this%20is%20for%20you!%20%20I%20LOVE%20marzipan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDon't%20forget%20to%20enter%20Chocolate-Covered-Katie's%20Wildbar%20Giveaway%20here!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEat%20smart,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ET.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
