Ингредиенты

  • 3 lb Moose round steak
  • 1 can Tomato soup diluted with
  • 1/2 can Water
  •     Meat tenderizer
  •     Flour
  • 3 x Celery stalks sliced 1" pcs
  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 x Green pepper minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 med Onion minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Cut meat in serving-size pcs. Sprinkle on meat tenderizer. Dust meat with flour and rub it in. Brown on both sides in warm shortening. Place in baking disk and add in water, salt and pepper. Bake in 325 degree oven 2 hrs. Add in remaining ingredients, and more water if necessary. Bake 1 hour more, or possibly till meat and celery are tender. Removed meat from pan. Stir pan juices, scraping sides and bottom. Use this as a gravy to be served with meat or possibly on mashed potatoes.
