- Cut steaks lengthwise in half, and then crosswise into thin strips. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients; add in beef, tossing to coat. Cover & marinate in refrigerator for 20 mins.
- Remove beef from marinade; throw away marinade. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in beef, (1/2at a time), and stir-fry 1-2 mins., or possibly till outside surface is no longer pink. (Don't OVERCOOK). Add in cole slaw mix, green onions & cornstarch mix. Cook & stir till sauce is thickened and bubbly.
- To assemble, spread 1 side of tortilla with hoison sauce. Sppon 1/2 c of beef fold in center of each tortilla. Fol bottom edge over filling. Fold sides to ceter, overlapping edges.
- Serves 4.
