Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Beef round tip steaks, 1/8 - 1/4" thick
  • 3 c. Packaged cole slaw mix
  • 2/3 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn starch, dissolved in 1/4 c water
  • 8 med Flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1/3 c. Hoison sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 x Tsbpsns water
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Cut steaks lengthwise in half, and then crosswise into thin strips. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients; add in beef, tossing to coat. Cover & marinate in refrigerator for 20 mins.
  2. Remove beef from marinade; throw away marinade. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in beef, (1/2at a time), and stir-fry 1-2 mins., or possibly till outside surface is no longer pink. (Don't OVERCOOK). Add in cole slaw mix, green onions & cornstarch mix. Cook & stir till sauce is thickened and bubbly.
  3. To assemble, spread 1 side of tortilla with hoison sauce. Sppon 1/2 c of beef fold in center of each tortilla. Fol bottom edge over filling. Fold sides to ceter, overlapping edges.
  4. Serves 4.
