%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20lady%20at%20the%20store%20asked%20me%20if%20I%20was%20buying%20supplies%20to%20celebrate%20a%20birthday%20party.%20Nope%20-%20just%20the%20release%20of%20the%20prequel%20to%20one%20of%20our%20favorite%20movies.%20True%20story.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20heard%20that%20Juicy%20Juice%20was%20going%20to%20be%20releasing%20Monsters%20University%20themed%20juice%20boxes%20-%20I%20was%20excited!%20I%20love,%20Love,%20LOVE%20when%20companies%20and%20brands%20that%20I%20already%20use%20and%20adore,%20team%20up%20with%20each%20other.%20It%20was%20the%20first%20item%20written%20on%20my%20Monsters%20University%20shopping%20list%20and%20the%20first%20thing%20I%20looked%20for%20when%20I%20went%20to%20the%20store.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20always%20choose%20Juicy%20Juice%20because%20of%20their%20ingredients%20-%20all%20natural.%20They%20have%20two%20options;%20a%20100%25%20juice%20line%20and%20their%20Fruitifuls,%20which%20are%2060%25%20juice%20but%20have%2035%25%20less%20sugar%20than%20regular%20juice.%20Either%20one%20makes%20for%20a%20healthy%20drink%20and%20in%20this%20case%20-%20a%20Disney%20drink!%20Perfect%20for%20our%20Monsters%20afternoon.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20thing%20I%20didn't%20know%20was%20that%20Nestle%20Juicy%20Juice%20was%20hosting%20a%20sweepstakes%20for%20a%20grand%20prize%20Family%20Trip%20to%20Pixar%20Studios%20and%20a%20$5,000%20Scholarship.%20Then,%20on%20top%20of%20that,%20there%20will%20be%2010%20first%20prizes%20of%20$5,000%20Scholarships.%20All%20I%20had%20to%20do%20was%20buy%20a%20product,%20that%20I%20would%20buy%20anyway,%20go%20to%20the%20Juicy%20Juice%20sweepstakes%20page%20and%20enter%20in%20a%20code.%20If%20I%20won%20I%20would%20probably%20faint.%20I%20am%20a%20HUGE%20lover%20of%20everything%20Pixar%20-%20from%20their%20first%20shorts%20to%20my%20favorite%20princess%20of%20all%20time,%20Princess%20Merida%20of%20Brave.%20To%20visit%20their%20studio%20would%20probably%20make%20me%20cry%20and%20you%20may%20be%20laughing%20at%20me%20because%20of%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20that%20note%20-%20let's%20get%20to%20that%20popcorn!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%20thing,%20make%20sure%20to%20use%20white%20popcorn.%20I%20accidentally%20bought%20bags%20of%20buttered%20popcorn%20on%20my%20first%20trip%20to%20the%20store%20and%20the%20yellow%20threw%20off%20the%20color%20too%20much.%20I%20ended%20up%20going%20back%20and%20getting%20a%20bag%20of%20white%20corn%20popcorn%20kernels%20and%20using%20a%20hot%20air%20popper%20instead.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20will%20then%20make%20a%20secret%20sauce%20(recipe%20below),%20using%20Juicy%20Juice,%20to%20color%20the%20popcorn.%20This%20is%20as%20easy%20as%20it%20is%20awesome.%20Well,%20maybe%20a%20tad%20more%20awesome%20-%20because%20I%20have%20to%20admit,%20colored%20popcorn%20is%20pretty%20darn%20awesome.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20in%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20powdered%20sugar%20and%20mix.%20Mix%20well.%20Mix%20good.%20Mix%20until%20you%20are%20done%20being%20amazed%20at%20how%20pretty%20your%20popcorn%20has%20turned%20out.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20chose%20teal%20and%20purple%20to%20represent%20James%20P.%20Sullivan's%20(Sully)%20colors.%20This%20was%20for%20Monsters,%20Inc.,%20but%20think%20of%20all%20the%20colors%20you%20could%20use%20for%20different%20movies!%20Maybe%20a%20blue%20and%20orange%20for%20Finding%20Nemo,%20red%20and%20yellow%20for%20Cars%20or%20maybe%20a%20mix%20of%20all%20colors%20for%20Up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20I%20added%20some%20green%20candies%20that%20were%20in%20the%20shape%20of%20Mike%20Wazowski.%20Everytime%20I%20think%20of%20Mike%20Wazowski,%20I%20think%20of%20him%20saying,%20%22Now%20put%20that%20thing%20back%20where%20it%20came%20from%20or%20so%20help%20me...%22%20Makes%20me%20laugh.%20Every.%20Single.%20Time.%20haha%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFinally,%20I%20drizzled%20with%20white%20chocolate%20and%20sprinkled%20with%20sprinkles,%20both%20crystal%20and%20nonpareil.%20Of%20course,%20you%20could%20color%20the%20white%20chocolate%20to%20incorporate%20another%20color%20and%20use%20sprinkles%20or%20add-ins%20that%20match%20whatever%20theme%20you%20are%20rolling%20with.%20I%20love%20how%20this%20Monster%20Popcorn%20Mix%20can%20be%20so%20easily%20customized!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20surprised%20the%20kiddos%20with%20Monsters%20University%20swag%20including%20a%20shirt,%20poster%20and%20toys.%20In%20case%20you%20were%20wondering,%20they%20were%20stoked!!%20My%20younger-big%20boy%20was%20so%20giggly%20about%20Mike%20Wazowski%20being%20on%20his%20Juicy%20Juice%20box%20that%20it%20made%20me%20giggle.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20popped%20in%20Monsters,%20Inc,%20set%20up%20a%20TV%20tray%20with%20Juicy%20Juice%20Fruitiful%20boxes,%20a%20couple%20small%20bowls%20of%20Monster%20Popcorn%20Mix%20and%20the%20main%20characters%20of%20Monsters,%20Inc.%20They%20thought%20I%20was%20pretty%20awesome,%20which%20is%20always%20a%20rockin'%20feeling%20as%20a%20Momma.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEntertainment%20is%20a%20vital%20part%20of%20life%20and%20I%20get%20such%20a%20kick%20out%20of%20watching%20their%20enjoyment%20and%20reactions%20to%20Disney%20movies%20that%20I%20know%20they%20will%20remember%20for%20years%20into%20their%20adulthood.%20It%20was%20also%20great%20to%20see%20two%20brothers%20just%20hanging%20together%20-%20no%20arguing%20or%20rough-housing,%20just%20giggles%20and%20smiles.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EColored%20Popcorn%20made%20with%20Juicy%20Juice%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20In%20saucepan,%20combine%20Juicy%20Juice%20and%20sugar.%20Bring%20to%20boil%20over%20high%20heat%20until%20temperature%20reaches%20238F,%20add%20food%20coloring%20and%20turn%20off%20heat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20In%20large%20bowl,%20pour%20sauce%20over%20popcorn,%20sprinkle%20with%20powdered%20sugar%20and%20mix.%20Mix%20until%20there%20is%20no%20liquid%20left%20in%20bottom%20of%20bowl%20and%20popcorn%20is%20evenly%20coated.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Evenly%20spread%20out%20on%20wax%20paper%20until%20completely%20dry.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
