- 2 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1 cup milk, lukewarm 110 degrees F
- 1/3 cup water, 110 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Turn dough out onto a floured cutting board and cut the dough in half and then cut each half into about 10 equal-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl combine:
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- In another small bowl:
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
