Ингредиенты

  • 1 lg. round steak, sliced very thinly
  • 3-5 red warm dry peppers (Chinese)
  • 2 bunches scallions, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, whole
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice wine
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil

Инструкции

  1. Mix together soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and sesame oil plus 1/2 c. water. Pour over sliced beef and marinate overnight. Heat wok. Add in 1/2 c. oil, fry garlic and peppers till burnt, remove. Drain meat reserving liquid. Add in meat removing as it gets browned, drain off oil.
  2. In 2 tsp. sesame oil cook scallion and onions till soft. Add in meat and reserved liquid. Cook till thickens (may add in 1 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken).
