- Mix together soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and sesame oil plus 1/2 c. water. Pour over sliced beef and marinate overnight. Heat wok. Add in 1/2 c. oil, fry garlic and peppers till burnt, remove. Drain meat reserving liquid. Add in meat removing as it gets browned, drain off oil.
- In 2 tsp. sesame oil cook scallion and onions till soft. Add in meat and reserved liquid. Cook till thickens (may add in 1 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken).
