Ингредиенты

  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 c. mashed, cooked fresh pumpkin

Инструкции

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl mix Large eggs, oil, water and pumpkin; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients. Turn into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees till wooden pick in center comes out clean, 1 hour. Cold before slicing.
