1 c. flour 1 c. lowfat milk

1 egg Dash of salt

Инструкции

1. Blend everything together. Heat oil tins at 450 degrees till warm. Add in mix to warm oil till tins are 1/2 full. Cook till very tall and brown on tops.
2. For best results, keep one muffin pan just for Yorkshire Pudding.
