Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. raisins, minced fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 healthy pinch nutmeg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake like lemon custard. Then beat 2 egg whites; add in 2 Tbsp. of sugar and beat till stiff but not dry. Be sure all sugar granules are dissolved. Spread on pie and set in moderate oven till golden.
