Mom's Stuffing (Large Turkey)

Ингредиенты

  • 2 loaves bread, break into sm. pcs
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 pound butter

Инструкции

  1. Cook celery and onion in salted water for 1/2 hour and let cold. Add in celery and onions to bread using small amount of water from celery and onion. Add in Large eggs and butter. Mix well. Butter cavity of turkey before stuffing. Butter breast of turkey after it is stuffed.
  2. Bake a medium turkey at 350 degrees for 4 1/2 hrs. Uncover and brown the last hour. Cold for 1/2 to 1 hour before carving.
