Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. flour
  • 6 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour before measuring. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar together, cut in shortening. Blend in well beaten Large eggs mixed with lowfat milk, blend in vanilla. Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured 8-9 x 13 pan. sprinkle with 1/2 streusel mix remaining. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle rest of streusel mix over top. Bake 25 to 30 min at 375 degrees.
