Mom's Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ингредиенты

  • 4 good size tart apples
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 egg

Инструкции

  1. TOPPING: Work together till crumbly and sprinkle over pie.
  2. Peel and dice apples and place in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix sugar, flour and salt. Beat egg; add in to mix. Add in vanilla and lowfat sour cream and mix well together. Pour over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle on topping and bake for another 10 min. Let pie cold at room temperature before slicing.
