Mom's Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ингредиенты

  • Pie crust
  • 4 c. minced rhubarb
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Raspberries (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar. Add in lemon juice and nutmeg. Add in rhubarb. Pour in pie crust. Bake 45 min - 400 degrees for 10 min, then 325 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Optional: Add in 3/4 c. raspberries in pie shell. Pour rhubarb mix over.
