2 lg. potatoes & skins, grated 1 beaten egg

1/8 c. grated onion

Инструкции

1. Grate potatoes (in water). Put in colander with 1/2 tsp. salt. Drain 10 min. Beat egg and grated onion. Add in potatoes. Put in well oiled 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min after first 30 min brush with oil.
