  • 1 pkt frzn hashbrowns (32 ounce) thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 pt whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. butter melted
  • 2 c. grated shredded cheese
  •     salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put hash browns in a greased baking dish. Salt and pepper. Pour on whipped cream. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
